INSTRUCTIONS FOR TRAVEL
5th International Conference and Exhibition on Design and Production of Machines and Dies/Molds
June 18-21, 2009, Pine Bay Hotel Kusadasi, Aydin TURKEY
Dear Participants:
1- We are hoping that you will have a pleasant trip to Kusadasi, Turkey.
2- If you are arriving at the Airport in Izmir (Adnan Menderes), there are several possibilities to travel to Kusadasi:
a- Car rentals are available at the Airport. Please take the highway directly to Kusadasi.
b- Taxis are available at the airport. It will take around 45 minutes at a cost around 60 Euros.
c- Transfers are possible through our Travel Agent:

Please book transfers as soon as possible if you want to use it.
d- We are planning a free bus transfer at 14:00 on June 18, 2009 Thursday from domestic and international terminals at the Airport in Izmir (Adnan Menderes), to Pine Bay Hotel. There will be Conference sign on the bus.
3- On June 21, 2009, transfers from Hotel to airport will be available. They will be booked during the Conference at the Travel Agent desk.
