ABSTRACT - PAPER SUBMISSION
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:
If you want to participate at the conference as an Author you must first submit your Abstract for review. The Abstract should be prepared in word format not exceeding 120 words. It should contain a title ( Arial 12), authors (with affiliations) (Arial 9), text of abstract (Arial 11)and three keywords (Arial 11). A sample is provided.

After the initial registration process, you will be informed as soon as possible about your login information (user name and password) for AUTHOR LOGIN. Then you can submit your Abstract using this login information.
PAPER SUBMISSION:
After registration, authors must send an Abstract for review and after the approval of the abstract by the editorial committee, Authors can submit their paper from "AUTHOR LOGIN" using the login information.
Please make sure that your paper is written in good English and is spell-checked. Please use the sample paper (Instructions to Authors) in the website as a template and the keyword list. Please upload your paper in Pdf and word format to our website before February 9, 2009 from Authors Area, and mail a printed copy to below address. You can follow the comments of the reviewers during the progress of Abstract and Paper evaluation from Authors Area in our web site
